Roosevelt Island Advanced Dentistry proudly serves patients of all ages! By straightening the teeth and aligning the
bite, patients can not only enjoy increased confidence and self-esteem but improved oral health.
Our orthodontic services are custom designed for each patient, to help you love your smile. We aim to create a
customized treatment plan for each patient that fits their needs so they can get a great smile for years to come!
Phase I OrthodonticsPhase I treatment typically begins around ages 7 or 8. At this stage, an orthodontist can best evaluate whether your child is a good candidate for early orthodontic care. Early treatment can create space for incoming permanent teeth, reduce the likelihood of extractions, and help ensure that Phase II treatments—such as braces or Invisalign—are more effective and efficient.
Braces remain one of the most reliable ways to achieve a straighter, healthier smile—and thanks to modern
advancements, they are now more comfortable and stylish than ever! We’re proud to offer micro-mini
brackets that are 30% smaller than traditional ones, as well as clear brackets for a more discreet look. Our
orthodontist is dedicated to helping patients not only transform their smiles, but also boost their confidence.

At Roosevelt Island Advanced Dentistry, Invisalign® is our specialty! These clear aligners are comfortable, removable and nearly invisible—patients can enjoy a straighter and healthier smile without the hassle and discomfort of traditional brackets, wires and bands.
Retention is the key to preserving your beautiful smile! After orthodontic treatment, wearing a retainer is essential to maintain your results. We provide a variety of retainer options—both removable and permanent—to fit your lifestyle and needs. Each retainer is custom-made, durable, and designed to keep your smile looking its best for years to come.
Add a touch of sparkle to your smile with tooth gems! These safe, non-invasive, and temporary enhancements can last for years with proper care—or be easily removed whenever you’re ready for a change.
It is important to protect your smile and your orthodontic appliances! We customize mouth guards as just one of our services for our patients, so they can participate in sports safely.
A properly-aligned bite not only can improve oral health and reduce your risk of TMJ disorders, but can also open up the airways during sleep. Open airways facilitate breathing and help to prevent sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.
